    Our large and well-known beverage manufacturing client is seeking a sharp and strategy-minded HR leader with a strong background in heavily unionized environments for their Regional Sr. HR Manager opening This position leads a team of 3 direct reports and supports 11 sites (9 union) / 1300 ees across the Southern CA region (25-35% travel). An ideal opportunity for a career-minded HR leader with 10+ yrs experience to make a lasting impact and grow within a dynamic, complex, publicly traded F500 organization

    The Sr. HR Manager will:

    · Leverage strong business acumen, a strategic mindset, and flexible communication skills to lead HR programs and processes,

    · Play a key role in union contract negotiations and maintain strong, positive relationships with union leadership,

    · Manage and develop a team of direct reports,

    · Advise business leaders on a broad range of HR areas, including D&I, Org Development, ER & Labor Relations, Performance Mgmt and more, and

    · Support and partner with COE colleagues in spearheading key HR initiatives, establishing and sharing best practices, supporting the overall HR mission and vision, and acting as a change agent to enable the growth and development of the employees and the organization/function.

    Qualifications

    · Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred

    · A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR roles within fast-paced, matrixed organizations

    · Experience with collective bargaining process, negotiations, and consultations with labor unions

    · Success in creating and driving effective and positive employee and labor relations for large populations of hourly employees in a distribution and/or manufacturing environment

    · Success in leading and managing large-scale, cross-functional projects which require strong stakeholder management and alignment

    · Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-informed recommendations to business leadership

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

    · Experience in leading an HR team and developing / coaching for high performance

    Preference for candidates based in Los Angeles (Vernon), but alternate home base options include Orange or San Fernando.

    Salary Range: $123,300 - $226, 590 (Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors)
