Under general supervision performs professional duties in the application of Diagnostic Radiology services Demonstrates proficiency in performing all Radiology Exams administration of contrast media and other related patient care servicesResponsibilities
- Correctly performs all prescribed CT procedures in an efficient manner Correctly performs all prescribed Radiology procedures in an efficient manner Is able to work independently and critique exams Demonstrates competency in preparing patients for procedures and the administration of contrast media Is able to work independently and critique exams Can navigate working in CT and X-ray during assigned shift Utilizes good judgment to plan effectively and solve problems Provides patient education as needed for exam ensures all consents and forms are signed prior to exam/procedure as indicated Demonstrates competence in age appropriate care coordination Obtains records patient history interprets physician orders correctly Correctly tracks orders chaerges exams efficiently
