Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a Data Engineer for our client in the Consulting domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration: 6+ Months Contract, with possibility of extension

Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)

Interview Process: 2 rounds max.

Primary Skills: Python

Role Description: As a Data Engineer , you must have at least 3+ years of experience.

Required:

Understanding of Data landscape.

Strong knowledge of Hadoop, PySpark, Python.

Understanding of Data Privacy Elements and Confidential data.

Good communication.

Knowledge of Capital Markets and Corporate Commercial Banking.

Good analytical ability and problem-solving skills.

Program management skills a plus.

Experience in any of the Sensitive Data Discovery/Data Profiling/Data Masking Products will be a big plus.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience
