PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Read prescriptions and specifications received from the dentist.
• Well-rounded in all aspects of ceramics.
• Good understanding of aesthetics and occlusion.
• Maintain a clean work area and equipment.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Receive and register the order on the ERP system.
• Contact the customer if the order or account has an issue.
• Support the customer about digital products.
• Polishing and cleaning the product.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

• Certified Dental Technician (CDT) and three to five years related experience in the fabrication of crowns, bridges, and inlays/onlays is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with E-Max, Zirconia, PFZ, PFM, PFG, etc. are required.
• Certified Dental Technician (CDT) is preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

• The ability to read, write, understand and communicate clearly with employees, customers, and within Hiossen in order to successfully and effectively complete assigned tasks.

COMPENSATIONS & BENEFITS:

• $30 - $50 per hour depending on experience
