    Our client, a global brand in the beauty / skincare space with extrodinary name recognition is seeking a Head of Social Media to direct, manage and lead social strategy for the entire organization.

    This role partners directly with the CMO and is one of the most critical positions in the entire company.

    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team.

    This role offers a unique opportunity for career growth, with the potential to advance to a Director and eventually a Vice President position.

    The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's digital presence and driving engagement across various social media platforms.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
    • Manage, create, and publish original, high-quality content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and TikTok.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and to develop social media campaigns that align with overall marketing goals.
    • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
    • Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
    • Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
    • Oversee social media accounts' layout, including suggesting and implementing new features to develop brand awareness.
    • Interact/collaborate with various agency partners
    • Liaise with influencers, makeup artists, and industry professionals to create a strong network.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management within a top-tier social brand or digital agency.
    • Proven track record of increasing followers, engagement, and conversion through strategic social media campaigns.
    • Exceptional writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
    • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
    • Knowledge of online marketing channels and branding.
    • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
