We are hiring a Director of Resident Services.
Responsibilities
- Interviews, hires, supervises, trains, motivates and provides performance management of Reception/Concierge services.
- Plans, develops, organizes,
implements evaluates directs the ongoing operation of the Resident Services department including its budget management Continually seeks new programs processes for revenue enhancement Forecasts plans changes for
the development of the Resident Services Department Develops maintains written policies procedures all department tasks Ensures full compliance Federal State local regulations Ensures assists process successful surveys inspections regulatory agencies Assists participates natural work teams total quality management process ensure Quality Assurance Performance Improvement QAPI resident satisfaction Completes reviews submits relative plans monthly reports surveys forms appropriate Attends participates workshops seminars meetings training programs keep abreast current industry trends professional growth Ensures residents rights fair equitable treatment self-determination civil rights maintained times Maintains confidentiality staff resident information Ensures emotional educational social spiritual needs residents addressed actively identifying assessing documenting social psychosocial needs residents developing plans care meet those needs either directly referral resources Seeks higher level resident satisfaction effective communication residents families Assists monitoring resident services ensure greater level well-being satisfaction Maintains social support structure facility conducting coordinating resident groups In collaboration other departments assists residents families transition period coping skills adjustment issues Provides individual case management needed Provides information referral crisis intervention resources residents families as needed Acts community designee RCFE complaints procedure resolution Theft Loss Customer Grievance programs Maintains concern forms Theft Loss log Concern Log Accessibility Log RCFE residents Educates manages expectations entry residence surrounding area Reviews drafts updates Resident Handbook Prepares conducts orientations RCFE
