    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team of dedicated professionals who share our values of putting people first and delivering exceptional care.

    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments to develop individualized plans of care for patients and their caregivers.
    • Provide skilled interventions, education, and support to patients and caregivers to promote independence and improve quality of life.
    • Collaborate with healthcare providers, family members, and other interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and address patient needs.
    • Document patient information accurately and timely, including clinical records and medication profiles.
    • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current on best practices and trends in hospice and palliative care.
    Requirements:
    • Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • Current, active, and unrestricted compact license as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in direct patient care, preferably in hospice and palliative care, family medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics, oncology, home health care, or medical-surgical settings.
    • Computer proficiency required.

    • Competitive salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
