    We are looking for a Contract Order Administrator 3 to be located in Charlottesville, VA
    A hybrid work arrangement is available with details to be discussed and agreed to with the hiring manager
    This would mean a minimum of 2-3 days a week in the office

    What You'll Get to Do:

    The Contract Order Administrator will:

    • Enter data related to incoming customer contracts for commercial, government, domestic and international customers into applicable business systems using defined computer software.
    • Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.
    • Validate data with applicable customer purchase documents and internal policies, procedures and business system requirements for completeness and accuracy.
    • Investigate questionable data and recommend actions to resolve discrepancies.
    • Notify appropriate departments of any new or updated data.
    • Maintain audit trails.
    • Perform a variety of activities in support of the functional areas of Business Management in furtherance of their goals and initiatives

    Basic Qualifications:

    • High School diploma with 5 years of relevant education or work experience.
    • Basic experience with government contracting.
    • Must have excel experience with ability to understand macros and use basic formulas
    • Working knowledge of SAP or other Enterprise Resource System

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Some experience working with SAP or other Enterprise Resource System
    • Some experience or knowledge of government contracts
    • Associates or Bachelor's degree with four additional years of work experience

    Salary Range:
    $42,000 - $70,000 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions
    Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay
    Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results
    Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives
