- Assist in diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues within the apartment complexes.
- Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, and showers.
- Assist in inspecting and testing plumbing systems to ensure they meet regulatory and safety standards.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to address plumbingrelated maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of plumbing repairs and maintenance activities.
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing plumbing supplies and materials as needed.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and efficiency enhancements.
- Proven experience as a plumber helper, preferably in a multifamily apartment complex or similar setting.
- Some knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using ProPress fittings and tools.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
