Position Title: Supply Chain Specialist/Buyer

Location: Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin

A well-known and established Equipment Manufacturer is looking for a highly skilled Buyer to join their team. Company offers:

Responsibilities:

• Playing a crucial role in the procurement process, overseeing the acquisition of goods and services vital to our operations.
• Engaging with vendors to gather necessary information, assessing vendor capabilities, and collaborating on Request for Quotations (RFQs)
• Reviewing bid proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate data in our ERP system.
• By working closely with suppliers to address non-conformances and ensuring compliance, you will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations.

Qualifications:

• 2-10 years of recruiting experience.
• High sense of urgency and strong attention to detail.
• Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced).
• Basic understanding of ERP / MRP systems.
• Experience sourcing products and working with vendors to drive cost savings.
• Able to work collaboratively with different departments.
