Ashland, KY 67m to Charleston 465-bed regional referral center Extra pay incentive for taking call - you decide how much you want to take About the Job

• Full time
• Immediate need
• Permanent
• Employed
• CRNAs are supervised
• Required to do your own OB
• Cases are orthopedics, general, basic ENT, urology, bariatrics.
• Take call 3 4 weekends per year and weeknight call will be 1 night every two weeks.

Compensation

• The salary is 250,000 on the W2 and full benefits will be included.

- 25K Sign on Bonus
