Job summary
This position plans coordinates assists development activities along providing administrative operational support fundraising team Additionally interfaces community donors sponsors senior facility management team members CORE FUNCTIONS Supports major gift officers other development staff coordinating appointments events meetings engagements Prepares correspondence reports needed including taking transcribing dictation involving general business healthcare vocabulary limited range specialized terminology distributes various reports department project updates timely accurate manner Serves resource customer inquiries both via phone person directs appropriate parties Provides detailed information customer requiring detailed knowledge department area responsibility general knowledge company policies practices operations Manages leaderships departments calendar coordination meetings appointments May develop marketing materials prepare summary data attendance reconcile related invoices expenses arrange travel hotel accommodations necessary Coordinates implements marketing strategies each event reach attendance financial goals directed Position problem solves makes decisions independently needed event planning mission completion MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must possess knowledge nonprofit fundraising administration typically acquired completion bachelor's degree Must possess three years experience administrative fundraising sales marketing nonprofit coordinationmanagement role Must have excellent oral written interpersonal communication skills effectively interact departmental personnel interact members community Have working knowledge personal software packages perform administrative functions described above Have ability multi-task fast paced environment maintain confidentiality professionalism PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Two years special events experience coordinating implementing events multi-tasking fastpaced complex environment Fund development experience preferred Additional related educationexperience preferred EEO Statement Our organization supports drugfree work environment Privacy Policy Our organization respects privacyJob description
