    Description

    Senior Financial Analyst

    We are searching for a Senior Financial Analyst with our client in Clearwater, FL. Our client is a large privately owned company in a fast growing and high demand industry with operations in multiple-states.

    This position is a high visibility role that will interact directly with senior management and offers tremendous exposure and professional growth with an opportunity to expand the finance department.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare, create and analyze financial plans, forecasts, operational information and reports.
    • Compare and evaluate budgets and forecasts to actuals.
    • Evaluate results and variances, identify trends and potential for improvement
    • Reconcile issues and/or discrepancies by comparing and correcting financial data.
    • Increase productivity by developing automated applications, eliminate duplicate efforts and coordinate information requirements.
    • Assemble and summarize financial data, prepare reports and create presentations of findings and analyses to include the use of charts and graphs to illustrate data and company performance.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance required, MBA preferred.
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis. (Project-based experience is a plus)
    • Must have exceptional critical thinking and communication skills with a high adaptability to a fast paced, results and deadline driven environment required.
    • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented while maintaining a high level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism.
    • Proficient in MS Office; must have advanced MS Excel skills to include complex formulas, pivot tables and vlookups.

    Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 + Bonus

    Work Schedule: Hybrid
