- Friday 8 AM 5 PM
- Compensation is negotiable and based on experience, with a starting range of $192k $245k
- Willing to compensate experienced providers based on credentials and the ability to supervise team members
- Production incentives are available to those that embody a strong work ethic and provide care within the community
- HSA account, $2400 in annual contribution by HRCHC
- Student loan repayment available through the NHSC
- Paid CME
- Paid malpractice through the FTCA
- Confident and comfortable treating patients through the lifespan
- Develop a plan of care for each patient, including complete medical history, physician examination, diagnosis, appropriate treatment, and referral, including hospitalization, when necessary.
- Uses all available resources and treatment, such as lab and radiological testing, appropriately and cost effectively.
- Completes EMR according to practice standards and closes charts within the appropriate time frame.
- Is well versed in relevant outpatient medicine and diagnoses such as COPD, hypertension, diabetes, etc.
- Understand the mission and practice of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
- Comfortable in outpatient medicine and able to communicate effectively with a varied patient panel
- BE/BC
- Will accept new grads
