    Job Description

    NetLine Corporation is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, detail-oriented Software Engineer to join NetLine's Engineering team. The Software Engineer will collaborate with other members of the Engineering team to enhance and support our products and services, including the NetLine B2B Buyer Engagement Platform Portal, the site, APIs, and automation to name a few. Our software is built using Perl, Python, PHP, MySQL, Javascript, jQuery and Memcache.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Design, develop, document, test, release, maintain and support NetLine Corporation's client facing and internal products and services.
    • Maintain and support existing web applications by fixing critical bugs and adding new features.
    • Collaborate with Engineering colleagues on team projects, including design and code reviews.
    • Collaborate with colleagues withing engineering and other teams to implement new products and features.
    • Apply software engineering best practices to our code base.

    Qualifications:
    Qualifications

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • BS in Computer Science.
    • 1 to 2 years of work experience.
    • Experience using Perl, Python or PHP in a Linux/Unix environment.
    • Experience with emacs or VI.
    • Experience using MySQL or other databases.
    • Experience using HTML, Javascript and jQuery.
    • Experience with web application, user-interface and back-end development.
    • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
    • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Must have high speed and reliable internet service.
    • Experience using test automation software a plus.
    • Experience with Git and/or memcache a plus.
    • MS in Computer Science preferred.

    The salary range for this position is $75k-110k per year, dependent upon experience
