    Overview

    Reporting to the Global Treasurer, the Treasury Manager will contribute in all aspects of treasury activities, including daily cash forecasting, liquidity management, bank account management, foreign exchange, investments and leading projects related to banking relationships and debt management. This is an excellent opportunity for a high potential candidate to further develop a wider treasury skillset and liaise with key functional areas across the company.

    Responsibilities
    • Manage global cash forecasting activities including daily cash and debt positioning
    • Assist in overseeing global cash and liquidity management activities to drive working capital optimization
    • Complete daily bank account reconciliations and communicate cash management requirements
    • Maintenance of banking account structure/database globally, including documentation management, signatory updates, FBAR reporting and KYC
    • Execute treasury-related wire payments including FX trades and debt service obligations
    • Maintenance and improvement of intercompany loan schedules and reporting, loan transfer coordination, interest calculations and settlement activities
    • Lead debt compliance process
    • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure Treasury communication flows and improve forecasting accuracy
    • Support ad hoc treasury projects to improve finance and business operations
    • Assist with internal and external audit requests
    Qualifications

    • A highly motivated self-starter
    • Detail-oriented and strong organizational and time management skills with proven ability to meet tight deadlines
    • Comfortable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks
    • Strong analytical skills, ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner in both written and verbal forms with well-developed presentation and procedure/process drafting skills
    • Strong sense of work commitment ownership and a hands-on approach
    • Solid computer skills, with an emphasis on advanced proficiency in MS-Excel
    Education & Experience
    • 3+ years experience in a Corporate Treasury role
    • Bachelor's in Finance, Business Admin, Accounting, Economics or related field of study
    • CFA, CTP is a plus
    • Cash forecasting or liquidity management experience in a $1B+ revenue environment
    • Debt financing and compliance reporting exposure
