- Develop, shape, and strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement through innovative Human Resources programs in the areas of employee relations, recruiting, compensation administration, and training and development
- Assist in the development, implementation, and standardization of firm policies and procedures and general operations
- Effectively utilize the firm's performance management process to communicate performance expectations, monitor performance, coach employees, and manage unsatisfactory performance
- Manage employee terminations and conduct exit interviews as necessary
- Oversee and assist with all leaves of absence programs, including disability, FMLA, and LOA; oversee HRIS data and interact with the firm's benefits and payroll departments to resolve issues
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Workday
- Broad knowledge of current HR best practices and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local employment laws
- Capability to coordinate and implement projects, processes, and change management
- Desire to handle multiple projects and priorities, as well as organize and prioritize work and delegate effectively
- Flexibility to travel and adjust hours as necessary to meet operating and business needs
