- Knowledge and understanding about treatment needs of people with recovery-based goals.
- Familiarity with community-based addiction services and resources in the geographic area and/or in Massachusetts.
- An active drivers license is required.
- Engages individuals as they present in the treatment system for substance misuse problems and supports them in accessing relevant services.
- Develop linkages with community resources that promote a sober, recovery focused lifestyle while addressing system barriers to a persons successful recovery.
- Provides care navigation services to individuals with substance use and mental health needs.
- Acts as a resource for CBHC staff regarding addiction resources, treatment models, and strategies for supporting individuals in recovery.

Location: This position is based in Framingham and remote, with the majority of work being remote. However candidate must be able to commute around Framingham area if needed.

The Integrated Care Recovery Support Navigator:
This position will work with identified community partners per contract, to include Community Based Health Centers, Public Health Commissions, Community Partner programs, etc.
The Integrated Care Recovery Support Navigator is an exciting opportunity for a person to provide care coordination to people building a recovery-based life as well as provide information and resources to CBHC staff helping these individuals with regards to substance misuse problems.
