Project Manager/Estimator
Middlesex County, NJ
$80,000 - $90,000 + Annual Bonus

McCormack Partners is working with one of the largest and well-established commercial roofing contractors in the states. They have been established for over 100 years and specialize in the commercial and industrial roofing industry. The company take pride in upholding themselves to a high standard in everything from material to workmanship.

The Project Manager/Estimator will be responsible for estimating, scheduling and management of the full lifecycle of projects from cradle to grave.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand and implement project contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Produce accurate estimates from blueprints, field notes, and on-site evaluations.
Engage and liaise with stakeholders, delivering comprehensive project proposals.
Conduct and participate in essential project meetings, aligning team goals and strategies.
Oversee project logistics including budgeting, equipment allocation, and team assignments.
Execute contracts with subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Monitor and manage job costs, ensuring alignment with budgets and addressing variances.


Key Requirements:
A High School Diploma or equivalent or a college degree in Construction Management would be ideal.
At least three years' experience in the roofing sector.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management software.
Possess a valid driver's license.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, understanding and relaying instructions and policies.
