UKG / Kronos Administrator

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a UKG Kronos Administrator. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive innovation in workforce management.

Location: San Antonio, TX (On-Site)

Compensation: $65,000 - $107,000 per year + stellar benefits

Day to Day:

Configuring and maintaining the Kronos system to meet the organization's requirements.
Managing user access and permissions within the Kronos system.
Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Kronos users.
Creating and maintaining Kronos reports and dashboards.
Ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Collaborating with HR, payroll, and other departments to ensure smooth operation of the Kronos system.
Keeping up to date with new features and updates in the Kronos system.
Training users on how to use the Kronos system effectively.

Required Experience:

UKG / Kronos administration experience (Pro WFM / Dimensions)
3+ years of application support experience
- patching, updates, etc.
Timekeeping and Scheduling experience

Additional Experience preferred:

API Integration experience
UKG integration experience
Peoplesoft HCM (HR, Benefits, Payroll)
Dell Bommi Product experience
