Job summary
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Gulf Coast JFCS.The LPN will provide nursing services, education, and oversight of medications for residents in our Level 2 Residential Treatment Facility. The ideal candidate will have experience working with psychiatric and medical care, as well as excellent communication skills.
- Ensure client safety including completion of Wellness and Accountability checks, Q15s, and ratio
- Ensure the well-being of the residents on a 24-hour basis
- Schedule and transport clients to medical appointments
