    Exciting RN Home Health Opportunities in Gastonia, NC

    Are you an RN seeking a rewarding career in home healthcare? Our team in Gastonia, North Carolina, is looking for dedicated Registered Nurses to deliver exceptional patient care in their homes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement individualized home care plans.
    • Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate documentation.
    • Administer medications and provide essential wound care.
    • Utilize HomeCare HomeBase for efficient and thorough documentation.

    Qualifications:

    • Active RN licensure in North Carolina.
    • Minimum one year of recent home health experience.
    • Proficiency in OASIS documentation.
    • Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.

    Position Details:

    • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
    • Shifts scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
    • Minimal on-call obligations.
    • 13-week contract with extension possibilities.
    • Mileage reimbursement for travel within Gastonia.
    • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
