Data Management Analyst-Business Analyst Location: Charlotte, NC
Type: W2 Contract – 6-month Hybrid-3 days in office
Job Description: Our client is in the process of modernizing our data platform and needs a Business Analyst who combines advanced SQL skills with excellent written and verbal communication. You'll facilitate the creation of high‑quality Jira stories, document business requirements, and lead test planning and execution across multiple datasets and systems. You'll partner with business, technology, and analytics teams to translate complex data needs into actionable solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and policy adherence.
What you'll do
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Data Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, and education.
