- Help team to understand the user and build empathy
- Help team uncover pain points and challenges through interviews, surveys, job shadowing, etc.
- Educate team on the user experience design process
Create user flows, storyboards, wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes,
/high-fidelity designs Regularly facilitate user testing,interviews,and surveys
to stakeholders,/users,and other Lighthouse teams
