    Marketing and Sales Data AnalystLocation:

    Uncover insights, empower decisions, and drive business growth through data analysis.

    Job responsibilities-

    nalyze marketing data to identify trends and develop actionable insights.
    Communicate findings and progress to stakeholders through reports and documentation.
    Collect, analyze, and report on marketing and sales data across B2B systems.
    Conduct exploratory data analysis and generate data-driven hypotheses.
    Prepare accurate and insightful reports for executive and leadership teams.
    Collaborate with partners and present clear, concise data reports.
    Engage with third-party data vendors to assess, access and integrate firmographic, technographic, and demographic information.
    Design and automate dashboards to improve partner understanding of marketing data performance.
    Build and run ad-hoc reports to answer business questions and support data-driven decisions.
    Uncover valuable patterns and relationships in large datasets to drive business improvement.

    What you'll need to Succeed:

    3-5 years of experience as a hands-on analyst in an enterprise setting, leveraging Client, Marketo, Dynamics, and similar tools.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Experience with data enrichment processes and best practices.
    Strong understanding of B2B sales & marketing for large, complex organizations.

    Expertise in querying, manipulating, and analyzing data using SQL and/or similar languages.dvanced Excel skills and experience with data platforms like Hadoop and Databricks.

    Proven proficiency with a data visualization tool like Tableau or Power BI.Strong attention to detail with data quality control and integration expertise.

    Results-oriented, self-directed individual with multi-tasking, problem-solving, and independent learning abilities.
    Understanding of CRM systems like Client and Microsoft Dynamics.
    Solid grasp of marketing practices, principles, KPIs, and data types.
    Familiarity with logical data architecture and cloud data to thrive in ambiguous environments and manage multiple tasks effectively.
    Experience working remotely or in a distributed team environment.
