    Description
    NCG Associates, a trusted healthcare staffing company, is currently seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA at NCG Associates, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings and make a positive impact on the lives of patients.
    Responsibilities
    • Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
    • Transfer patients safely to and from beds, chairs, and other equipment
    • Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature
    • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
    • Assist with range of motion exercises and physical therapy routines
    • Observe and report any changes in patients' condition to the nursing staff
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of patients' rooms
    • Document patient information accurately and maintain records
    • Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to patients
    Requirements
    • Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous experience as a CNA preferred
    • Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
    • Compassionate and empathetic attitude
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work well in a team
    • Physical stamina and ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
    • Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

    Benefits

    Location: Rutland, VT

    Start Date : ASAP

    Pay rate: $760 - $836 Weekly

    Class : T-CNA

    Length : 14 weeks

    Shift & Time : Day, 6:00 AM to 2: 00 PM

    Hour per week: 38

    Weekend: Every other weekend on

    Sign on bonus: $200 (one time on second paycheck)
