    Job Summary: The Maintenance Coordinator role is crucial in supporting the maintenance team by overseeing maintenance invoices, vendors, spare parts, supplies, and coordinating planned maintenance and repairs.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Create maintenance purchase orders and manage spare parts restocking through all phases via company CMMS. Track purchase order status, provide updates, and reports.
    • Manage vendors, analyze prices and lead-times, and uphold quality standards.
    • Conduct cycle counts for inventory verification, forecast parts needs based on consumption data.
    • Ensure orderly storage of materials, plan equipment services, maintenance, repairs, and manage work order statuses.
    • Receive work requests, analyze scope, prioritize work plans, and coordinate necessary resources.
    • Generate and distribute KPI reports on expenses, preventive maintenance, inventory, etc.

    Education Required: High School diploma or GED required

    Experience Required: 1-3 months related experience and/or training

    Experience Preferred:

    • Data entry experience
    • Inventory management experience
    • Planning and scheduling experience
    • Experience with Lean Manufacturing is a plus

    Technical Skills and Abilities:

    • Basic PC skills, proficiency with MS Outlook
    • Strong communication skills, ability to organize tasks efficiently
    • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, present information effectively
    • Deal with problems in standardized situations, knowledge of Internet software
    • Strong mechanical aptitude preferred

    Physical Demands:

    • Job may require sitting, standing, walking, using hands and fingers, climbing, bending, lifting heavy items, and more.
    • Dexterity in using tools and equipment is essential.

    Work Environment:

    • Role may involve exposure to varying conditions like hot/cold temperatures, confined spaces, and outdoor work.
    • Non-traditional hours and occasional travel may be required.
