- Create maintenance purchase orders and manage spare parts restocking through all phases via company CMMS. Track purchase order status, provide updates, and reports.
- Manage vendors, analyze prices and lead-times, and uphold quality standards.
- Conduct cycle counts for inventory verification, forecast parts needs based on consumption data.
- Ensure orderly storage of materials, plan equipment services, maintenance, repairs, and manage work order statuses.
- Receive work requests, analyze scope, prioritize work plans, and coordinate necessary resources.
- Generate and distribute KPI reports on expenses, preventive maintenance, inventory, etc.

- Basic PC skills, proficiency with MS Outlook
