Schedule (4 Days):
Tuesday 7:30am-5:00pm
Wednesday 9:30am-7:00pm
Thursday 7:30am-5:00pm
Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
Open to discussing a part-time schedule (Thursdays and Fridays preferred)
60-minute lunch that is very important to us here
As a team, we enjoy outings together (apple orchard, Medieval times, dinner, etc)
Office has created our own Vision/Mission and we have regular team meetings and department synergies to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
Consistent Patient Schedule:
Average approx. 7 patients a day
60min recare, 90min new patient appointment
SRP appointments are 60-90 minutes, flexible on hygienist need
Bi-weekly, hourly pay + ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned.
Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses

Minimum QualificationsCurrent dental hygienist license in Illinois and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
Open to new graduates and experienced hygienists
Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
Clinical needs as required by office
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
Prolonged periods sitting and standing
Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
