- Represent clients in a wide range of insurance defense, general liability, commercial, and employment litigation (defense and plaintiff), handling cases from inception through trial with the confidence of Annalise Keating in "How to Get Away with Murder."
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft compelling motions and briefs that would make Mike Ross proud.
- Work closely with clients to develop strategies that align with their goals and ensure favorable outcomes.
- Manage a high-volume caseload, maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness seen in the law offices of Pearson Specter Litt.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the California State Bar.
- Minimum of years of experience in litigation.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills reminiscent of Harvey Specter.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment while maintaining the poise of Olivia Pope from "Scandal."
