    Responsibilities:

    • Provide friendly companionship to alleviate feelings of loneliness or isolation, while promoting independence.
    • Offer empathetic emotional support and engage in activities that promote mental and emotional wellbeing.
    • Assist with daily living tasks and transportation to appointments, social events, and errands.
    • Provide gentle medication reminders to ensure seniors adhere to their prescribed schedules

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Pass a background check and reference checks.
    • Be an older adult with 45+ years of life experience.
    • Hold a valid driver's license and have a reliable insured motor vehicle.
    • Have 68 hours of weekly availability
    • Possess a personal cell phone and private email account.
    • Be fluent in conversational English.
    • Live centrally in our Greater Boston/Metrowest service area.

    Desired Qualities:

    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Empathy and understanding of elderly individuals' needs.
    • Ability to maintain a positive and patient demeanor.
