    We have an immediate opening for a full-time front office / receptionist person at our Alhambra office location with additional administrative responsibilities as needed.

    This is a full time position with insurance benefits, paid vacation, sick time and paid holidays.

    This position report to the Operations Director. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, a good work ethic, and a desire to work.

    Knowledge:

    • Bi-lingual – English/Chinese is required
    • Standard office suite programs, such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Gmail.
    • Experience with multi-line phones is important.

    Primary Duties:

    • Primary receptionist duties include answering phones, screening and transferring calls, taking messages and greeting incoming visitors and the following:
    • Receiving rent and other payments; providing receipts.
    • Routing of incoming courier, and other confidential/time sensitive items.
    • Filing, faxing, copying, scanning, mail distribution, outgoing packages, managing outsourced print jobs and facilitation of courier services.
    • Maintains the cleanliness of the reception area and conference rooms.
    • Mail room responsibilities, including sorting and delivering mail.
    • Troubleshoot inquiries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution: Ex: billing errors, late fees, payments, etc.
    • Previous reception or front office experience is required

    This is an entry level position in the real estate and asset management industry with numerous options for furthering your career path in property management, real estate, construction services, etc.
