Not really anything else outside of job description besides data observation and collection/entry to iPad. walking around the office and logging information of how our office is utilized (meeting rooms, desks etc).

    In an effort to better understand how and when our offices are utilized, the Real Estate team will be launching observational studies and sending a survey throughout several of our offices.

    Observational studies will last 2 weeks and are performed during normal business hours. The Workplace Coordinator, with the assistance of the Workplace Services Team will be walking our spaces and recording whether a space is occupied and how it is being utilized. Training and software will be made available.
    • Scope:
    • We will provide an iPad for each observer.
    • Friday, will be an onboarding day where they will learn how to use the technology and tour the space
    • Next 10 days, observers will walk their designated floors every hour on the hour (9am, 10am, etc) and use the app to record employee activity as well as any notes to help us understand patterns of behavior (ex. the same person was in a conference room all day)
    In the app the observers will be clicking on each dot to take an observation and clicking through prompts.
