    Overview

    Supports General Mills Export business by providing an interface between export customers, sales force, operations, and other functional areas, regarding order process, status, product availability, pricing, sales policies, and all facets related to an order end to end management.

    Respond to customer inquiries and resolves concerns.
    Accountabilities
    Customer Management

    – Processes all export orders; ensure all documents related to the order end-to-end takes place. Work with customers to build container load effectively, works with distribution centers and transportation teams to facilitate delivery of units, loading, shipment as well as to ensure vessel sail dates are met, coordinates with Export Compliance team to prepare international shipment documents to meet export regulatory requirement. Monitor orders to ensure the delivery requirement is meeting the customer request.

    Continuous Improvement

    – Actively pursues improvements – costs, quality & service – for the overall customer service process, by exploring every opportunity available from changes in legislation, regulation, and transportation.
    Required Skills/Experiences
    ·

    Customer service experience and export skills required
    ·

    Experienced in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, AFO and Share Point.
    ·

    SAP Order to Cash experience a must
    ·

    Fluent Spanish highly desired
    ·

    Freight forwarding experience and/or custom broker experience desirable
