    COMPENSATION INFORMATION: The pay range provided is algorithmic and for generalized comparison. Factors such as skills, work location, experience, and other individualized aspects determine pay rates.
    Overview: Selects products from inventory, assembles, packs, and transports to staging areas for shipment. Required to work in various warehouse environments ensuring safety, accuracy, and meeting productivity goals.
    • Follow essential selection pick path, select, label, and stage products correctly.
    • Load and unload product deliveries as needed.
    • Record necessary item information into Warehouse Management System (WMS).
    • Maintain accurate records of shortages and report them.
    • Stack products on pallet following guidelines to prevent damage.
    • Deliver pallets to assigned areas on the loading dock systematically.
    • Secure pallets with shrink wrap for delivery.
    • Collaborate with Supervisor to minimize warehouse shrink and control inventory.
    • Maintain cleanliness of work area and report any issues promptly.
    • Operate material handling equipment safely and maintain as required.
    • Comply with company policies and safety regulations.
    • Cross-train in other warehouse functions as needed.
    Supervisory Responsibilities: No supervisory experience needed.
    Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old.
    Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous warehouse experience preferred. Material Handling Equipment experience desired.
    Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
    Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic math calculations.
    Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions.
    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Certification on material handling equipment preferred.
    Physical Requirements of the Position: Physical demands include lifting and moving items, standing, walking, and operating equipment. Visual acuity and focus are essential.
    Work Environment: Exposure to various warehouse conditions. Noise levels may be loud.
    Work Hours: Full-time position with varying schedules.
