- Hybrid work schedule 3 days in office balance via tele health
- Work Monday
- Friday 4(10's) or 5(8's) option
- General MH patients (50%) + Dual Diagnosis,/addictions/MAT patients (50%)
- Suboxone license required experience prescribing Suboxone a plus -60 min evaluations and 20 minute med management (40 mins for complicated follow ups)
- Join a team of 2 PMHNP's, 2 PA's and Psychiatrist (Med Director)
