- Preparation review approval of bankruptcy related pleadings
- Handle all aspects of bankruptcy matters including Proof of Claims Motions for Relief Objections Responses to Objections Payment Change Notices Settlements Adversary Proceedings.
- Participation in mediations depositions telephonic hearings in-person hearings Regular client meetings/updates Other duties special projects as assigned,
