A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HVAC LEAD INSTALLERAs our HVAC Lead Installer, you are key to the smooth function and operation of the installation process.

Leveraging your own skills, you ensure that service technicians are setting up installations in the correct and appropriate manner.

You staff and outfit all crews with the appropriate tools as well as make sure jobs are completed on time and within the budget.

With your expertise, you inform and educate both techs and clients of systems, services, and products.

By doing this, you effectively take care of our clients and make them lifelong customersRequirementsQUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC LEAD INSTALLER2+ years of experience in HVAC services or installationLeadership or management background or equivalent experienceAbility to use email and service toolsExcellent follow through on pending sales, invoicing, and financingEPA CertificationPrior experience as lead technicianNATE Certifications are favorableMust be personable and able to explain technical recommendations to clients Must be willing to adapt to company processes and procedures Strong desire to be a better technician tomorrow than you are todayAre you organized and detail-oriented? Do you have excellent communication skills? Can you properly mentor and lead a team of technicians? Are you a team player? Do you manage your time well and prioritize tasks accordingly?
