We are seeking a Patient Safety Associate to provide 1:1 care and monitoring to patients requiring suicide precautions or close observation.

- Provide 1:1 care and monitoring to patients requiring suicide precautions or close observation.
- Assist the Transport and/or Environmental Services Department if no patients require 1:1 observation.
