    HYUR Health is looking for Med Surg Tele RNs with level 1 trauma experience interested in a contract opportunity in Cincinnati, OH

    13 week contract

    Full Time

    Night Shift

    Every other weekend


    Duties:

    • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
    • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
    • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
    • Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, and selfcare techniques
    • Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records using electronic medical record systems (EPIC)
    • Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations
    \*\*Requirements:

    • Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Ohio.
    • BLS/ACLS certifications required.
    • NIHSS is a plus but not required.
    • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a Med Surg Tele / Acute Care setting.
    • 2 years of Level 1 Trauma Facility Experience or 35 years in a Level 2 large teaching facility.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and comfortable with 1:56 nurse to patient ratios.
