Do you like working outdoors? Tired of performing the same task over and over? Are you a dedicated, motivated team player that is able to work with minimal supervision? If so then this is an excellent opportunity for you.

• Valid Driver's License
• Pass Background Check
• Punctuality and excellent attendance
• Willingness to learn with hands-on training.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift over 50lbs, walk on uneven surfaces
• Work outdoors
• Team oriented
• Adaptable/flexible enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
• Must be able to follow direction and work with little supervision to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Ability to use/operate hand tools and power tools

• Utilize company equipment to mow, trim and maintain customer grounds
• Assist in installation and removal of fencing
• When required by weather conditions, utilize company equipment to remove snow and ice from customer facilities
• Assist in maintaining company equipment
• Daily cleanup and organization of shop and work areas
• Operate various company equipment to perform tasks- Forklift, Skid steer, Gator etc.
• Other General labor duties as assigned
