    HVAC Senior Service Technician - Custom Homes

    Sobieski is focused on quality work and exceptional customer service. We work to get the job done right and meet the expectations of our clientele from the start. We bring systems back to factory specifications and schedule routine maintenance, reducing the emergency maintenance calls that can be burdensome for our customers and technicians.

    We look for capable team members, who are motivated by providing superior work for our customers, not motivated by sales numbers. This role won't require you to meet a sales quota While you'll share an on-call rotation with other technicians, our practices lead to limited after-hours calls.

    You should bring to the table at least 5 years in residential Custom Homes service work and a strong theory background of HVAC mechanics.

    You'll receive professional help with providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively, and learning new techniques and systems. You'll have the opportunity to complete your work with pride, and collaborate with a successful team.

    Job requirements-

    Maintain & Repair of:

    • Geothermal Units

    • Hydronic Systems

    • Radiant Systems

    • Chillers

    • Steam Boilers

    • Controls
