- a basic understanding of Environmental Services/Housekeeping services.
- experience with vendor and contract management, as well as union and contract negotiations.
- the ability to analyze data, present and effectively communicate to all levels within the organization related to training, leading hospital committees and change management.
- experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines.
- strong financial acumen and budget management experience.

Sodexo is seeking a Environmental Service Manager 2 for Kent Hospital, located in Warwick Rhode Island. Kent Hospital is a 359 bed facility, with a union staff of 25 client paid. This position will manage the Environmental Service Department. This is a day shift position with some coverage for off shifts when necessary. Some weekends and holidays. This position will report directly to the General Manager on - site.
