Job summary
The Operations Analyst supports the operational backbone of our consulting organization. This is not a Project Manager or Sales role. Instead, it is a delivery operations and executive support position focused on portfolio visibility, operational accuracy, and reliable execution across sales, delivery, finance, and leadership.This role is well-suited for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented , adaptable , and interested in how consulting businesses operate day-to-day.
This job requires
- Maintain and administer the company's project portfolio management boards
- Ensure projects are accurately tracked from sales handoff through delivery and closeout
- Validate that project plans are complete and aligned with established templates , standards , required artifacts
