Description

WHITTINGHAM is searching for a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with an unwavering passion and clear purpose. With a remarkable history of 120 years in the business, we are pioneers in our industry. As part of this role, you'll immerse yourself in our established processes to cater to our 2,000 loyal business clients. Simultaneously, you will build new relationships to expand our client base using referrals and leads. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead a small, dedicated team in these endeavors.

As you become well-versed in training and guiding your team, you will progress into the position of Agency Director. Mastery of the skills required, along with our systems and processes, will pave the way for your success. This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year on average.

Key Responsibilities:

Service existing client base
Explore new business opportunities, particularly in the B2B sector
Supervise team activities and monitor results
Provide training and mentorship to incoming team members on existing systems
Ensure daily reporting of field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
Focus daily on recruiting, training, and fostering leadership development

Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Strong supervisory and leadership acumen
Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately
Thrives in a fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment
Passionate about assisting people and cultivating relationships
Previous sales or customer service background
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Community involvement is highly desired
Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce

Licensing Requirements:

Must hold a valid Driver's License and be eligible to work in the U.S.
Clean background check and own transportation are mandatory
There is a 45-day evaluation period before potential advancement
