    Description

    IT Trainer/Content Developer - Long-Term Contract

    We are seeking a highly skilled IT trainer and content developer to join our team. As an IT trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training classes to clients on custom client-developed and commercial-off-the-shelf applications.

    Your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Developing and updating training materials using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, TechSmith Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, and/or Articulate 360/Storyline
    • Collaborating with technical staff to develop training content
    • Facilitating vendor or contractor-delivered training sessions

    The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of Google Analytics usage and website reporting. Additionally, experience in instructional design, visual design, storyboarding, writing instructional text/audio scripts/video scripts is preferred.
