Job Description:

Handyman Connection Grapevine is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and quality workmanship, with over 50% of our business coming from repeat and referral customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Prescreening of craftsman applications and preparation of paperwork for interviews and onboarding
Office administration, including scheduling, customer support, job tracking, billing, staff communications, phone calls, etc.
Manage small business details while working independently
Confident in selling over the phone and handling customer payments, with some QuickBooks experience preferred

Requirements:

Strong telephone and written communication skills
Dedication to excellent customer service
Outgoing personality and ability to work well with people
Ability to manage time and responsibilities effectively
Confident with typical office equipment and computer skills, especially Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
