- Stay updated on application capabilities to support HR centers of excellence.
- Oversee testing and rollout of system releases.
- Ensure accurate documentation by collaborating with various teams.
- Translate HR requirements into functional system specifications.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and maintain dashboards for data trends.
- Audit employee data and ensure system integrity.
- Act as a liaison to HR system vendors.
- Provide end-user support and troubleshoot system issues.
- Design and implement custom reporting and analytics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide training materials.
- Mentor new HR team members on system usage.
- Secure HRIS systems and follow company procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in HRIS and HCM management.
- Expertise in UKG architecture and security.
- Experience with UKG or similar systems in various modules.
- Demonstrated leadership in system support and processes.
- Excellent communication skills and analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- UKG configuration and integration experience in multiple functional areas.
- Advanced reporting design skills.
- Human Resources background.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Experience in HRIS within a manufacturing setting.
