This role will lead and scale global digital marketing operations that drive data-driven growth and operational excellence. Accountabilities- Own and optimize marketing automation platforms, including Pardot and Salesforce.
- Ensure seamless connectivity of marketing technologies for a unified customer view.
- Design and improve standardized marketing workflows for scalable campaigns.
- Manage the end-to-end lead lifecycle from capture to nurturing.
- Establish data governance standards for high data quality and compliance.
- Build and maintain dashboards to measure campaign performance and ROI.
- Provide support for multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and IT to align processes.
- At least 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or digital marketing.
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Data, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in marketing automation platforms, especially Salesforce.
- Solid understanding of lead management and data governance.
- Experience in building dashboards and converting data into insights.
- Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and communicate with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a global, matrixed organization.
