    **Job Title:** AI Application Developer

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled AI Application Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement AI applications utilizing Python, OCR, and NLP to automate document extraction, question answering, and matching processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Research and implement AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLM), vector search, and embeddings.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Build robust and scalable Python solutions to power the core infrastructure of challenging AI-integrated platforms.
    • Implement and maintain AI models, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and reliability.
    • Streamline customer care processes and reduce ticket volumes effectively by leveraging advanced AI technologies.

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Python programming language.
    • Experience with AI and ML concepts, including NLP and OCR.
    • Strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
    • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.

    Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year
