    Quality Assurance:

    Description:

    • Seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.
    • As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and quality assurance practices.
    • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify software functionality, usability, and performance.
    • Conduct manual and automated testing of web applications, APIs, and backend systems.
    • Perform functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing to identify defects and ensure product stability and reliability.
    • Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, validate user stories, and resolve issues identified during testing.
    • Document and track defects, test results, and testing progress using bug tracking tools such as Jira.
    • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and sprint reviews, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software increments.
    • Develop and maintain automated test suites using testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
    • Continuously monitor and improve the quality assurance process, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Provide timely and accurate feedback to development teams on test results, defects, and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with release management teams to ensure smooth and successful deployment of software releases and updates.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
    • 2-5 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing roles.
    • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
    • Experience with manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications, APIs, and backend systems.
    • Proficiency in using test management and bug tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or TestRail.
    • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices, including Scrum and Kanban.
    • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • ISTQB or similar software testing certifications are a plus.
